Since the October, Wola Center is the seat of companies from financial, insurance, publishing and real estate sectors. By putting the office building into operation, LC Corp SA has supplemented the Warsaw's office market with additional 31 000 sqm of space.
Complex is located in the Warsaw's Wola district and consists of four buildings connected with a spacious patio. Eleven different in terms of available space floors has made the planning of the offices in accordance with leaseholders' needs possible. Service areas, cafeterias and restaurants will be located in the 500 meter patio. The project of the building has been created in the convention of monochromatism, graphite and gray. Walls of the interior patio are made of reflective glass panes, placed under different angles.
Wola Center Complex has been put into operation according to the plan. We've encountered a huge interest from the leaseholders, who appreciate the prestigious location and modern architectural project of the office building. Currently, the investment is fully commercialized and first leaseholders have started to take their spaces - said Dariusz Niedośpiał, Head of LC Corp's Board.
Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for the commercialization of the location. Wola Center is now the seat of 29 companies, such as: Getin Noble Bank, Open Finance, Bank Polskich Inwestycji, W. Kamiński Notarial Office and FL Tax.
The general contractor of the complex is Budimex and the architectural design has been created by Kuryłowicz&Associates.
