Archiplan Sp. z o.o. is near completing the works connected with the creation of construction project of office buildings for a new seat of Daas Polska. The complex will be located by Nowy Świat St. in Gdańsk - Braniewice.
Included in the project will be two modern office locations, each providing about 1000 sqm, and a storage hall of a similar size. The investment will offer a total of 2700 sqm of space and its cubature will reach the level of 8200 cubic meters.
The project is due to be created by the year 2014. Daas Polska SA operates in Gdańsk since the year 2003. The company creates complex solutions for interior sanitary and mechanical installations, for objects for office and administrative purposes, but also: malls, industry, housing, health care, recreation and sports, structures of public institutions and cinemas. The company employs over 70 workers in its main seat in Gdańsk and in its second seat, opened in 2010, in Warsaw.
Archiplan, the company created in 2009 after the transformation of Projects Office Archiplan Wojciech Rydzyński which has been on the market since 1995, is responsible for the construction of the complex. The office operates in the area of projects for architecture, construction, sanitary and electric installations. In its services Archiplan also includes the preparation for the investment's construction by conducting the bids for the best contractor. The company also conducts the investments inspections.
