The certificate given for Łopuszańska Business Park has reinforced Ghelamco’s status of a leader in the East-Central Europe region in terms of number of office buildings certified with BREEAM. The developer in question has prepared 190 000 sqm of “green” surface in Poland.
The BREEAM certificate has already been given to, aside of Łopuszańska Business Park: Trinity Park III (the first BREEAM certificate given in Poland in 2010), Katowice Business Point, Crown Square, Mokotów Nova, prestigious Senator as well as T-Mobile Office Park. The latter one is the first office building in Poland that was awarded with the Excellent level of the said certificate.
In the process of certification Łopuszańska Business Park gained 67 per cent, which translates to the Very Good grade.

The seventh certified building in portfolio of Ghelamco has already been rented in 90 per cent. Such companies as Alior, Alianz as well as Cemex are going to have there their registered offices. Łopuszańska Business Park is also a partner in European Commission’s programme – GreenBuilding Programme.
