CBRE will be responsible for commercialisation and marketing of Warta Tower in Warsaw. The office building is a property of Kulczyk Real Estate Holding, and its manager is Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
Warta Tower is located in the centre of Warsaw, at Chmielna Street. It is one of the biggest office complexes in the capital of Poland, offering over 27 000 sqm. It consists of 82-metre tower and 6-storey podium.
