On the 28th June there was an official laying of the foundation stone under Orange Office Park, located in Kraków at Klimeckiego Street 1. The ceremony initiated the beginning of the first of the three stages of constuction. The event's guest of honour was the Ambassador of Netherlands Embassy, Dr. Marcel Kurpershoek.
Orange Office Park is a modern class A office complex, which will comprise of three buildings and a multilevel parking lot. It will offer the office space of 25 000 m2 and the commercial space of 2 500 m2. The complex will be distinguished by an exceptionally big space of one level, which is to amount to altogether 6 000 m2 in all stages. The structure's asset is its location, at Nowohucka and Klimeckiego streets intersection. There is a convenient access to the construction either by car or by public transport. Orange Office Park will also hold Piotr i Paweł delicatessen, a small retail park and a café.
Orange Office Park's investor is East-West Development Office sp. z o.o., which belongs to Luxembourgian holding company, represented by Theodor Jongen. This Dutch developer operates in Poland since 2005 and it has in its portfolio such projects as Korona Gallery in Kielce, housing estate in Biedrusko near Poznań, and single-family dwellings estate in Kraków. East-West Development Office company is represented by Piotr Miklaszewski, the owner of MC Real Property firm in Kraków.
The general contractor of Orange Office Park is the company CFE Polska sp. z o.o.
