An office building with retail part called Carpathia will be erected at Cicha Street 8 in Warsaw. General contracting contract has been signed by Unibep and the owner of the facility, GD&K Investment company, located in Krakow. The contract is worth is more than 28 mln PLN net.
The total building space is to amount to 7 037 m², with the floorage taking 6 057 m². Carpathia will offer 5 office storeys, with the space of a typical floor being 840 m² of gross leasable area. Within the building also a two-storeyed underground parking lot with 61 parking places will be created. The front and lobby of the office building are to be finished with the best quality materials. The office building will be located in Warsaw Powiśle, in a convenient location – less than a kilometre from Aleje Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska Street crossroads. Not far from the building there is Świetokrzyski Bridge and Wisłostrada. An additional asset is a planned second underground line, running under Zajęcza Street, which will additionally facilitate transport in this part of the town.
The contractor is to enter the building site in the end of June. The works will last 14 months, with the reservation that the contract will expire if the works last more than 18 months.
CBRE and Fisheye companies are responsible for commercialisation.
Unibep is a building company, which focuses mainly on residential housing. The company deals also with investments from the field of art and culture (among others, the Podlasie Opera and Filharmonic), along with retail constructions and hotel facilities.
