Skanska Property Poland's office complex NORDEA HOUSE & Green Corner is located at the junction of Chłodnej and Wroniej streets in Warsaw. The grand opening of the complex took place on 28 May 2013.
The complex consists of two office buildings offering jointly 27,000 sq m of space for rent. First companies moved in already in December 2012. Among the tenants there are companies such as Grupa Nordea (after which one of the buildings was named), Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services, CHI Polska and Ruch S.A. By the end of 2012, the complex was sold to two real estate funds RREEF.
“We are very proud of the complex NORDEA HOUSE & Green Corner and of the way it fits in the dynamically developing district of Wola. For many years we have been trying to achieve harmony between new office blocks and the old buildings in Warsaw. An example of such a successful attempt is Jana Pawła II Alley, where we managed to create an uniform frontage. It will soon be crowned with our greatest achievement – the project Atrium 1. We are certain that such approach will guarantee the success of the planned complex on Rondo Daszyńskiego”, said Katarzyna Zawodna, Regional Director at Skanska Property Poland.
The investor is planning to create buildings that are not only modern, but also fit in their surroundings. The developer's efforts earned them an award in the „Przyjazny Warszawie 2012” competition (“Friendly Towards Warsaw 2012”). The complex was nominated alongside six other projects.
