The construction of the office building PRIME Corporate Center will start in the fourth quarter of 2013 and finish in the third quarter of 2015. Building permit was issued on January 29, 2013. Currently, the process of commercialization is being run by Savills company.
PRIME Corporate Center will offer 20 148 sq meters on 23 ground levels and five underground levels. Body of the building will consist of a platform and a tower. Area of a typical floor will vary from 1 261 sq meters on platform levels to ca. 841 sq meters on tower levels. The users will be able to use 9 high-speed elevators and 193 parking places.
The building is very attractively located, in the very nearness to bus stops and 500 meters from the underground station Rondo Daszyńskiego. In the neighborhood of PRIME Corporate Center, there are hotels and conference centers, as well as service infrastructure, such as banks, medical centers, fitness clubs and commercial centers. The building is also very close to railway station Warszawa Centralna and the access to international Warsaw Chopin Airport is very convenient.
The architectural project of the construction was designed by the international staff of Salomon Cordwell Buenz and Epstein architecture companies. Epstein designed such projects in Warsaw as: Rondo 1, Warsaw Financial Center, Cosmopolitan Tower, Złote Tarasy, or Konstruktorska Business Center, while Salomon Cordwell Buenz designed The Legacy at Millenium Park and 111 West Illinois, which are located in Chicago.
