Savills, a global real estate service provider, became one of the agents in the commercialisation of the office project Garden Plaza, which is being developed at Elbląska street in the Żoliborze district, Warsaw. The general constructor is FB Marek Antczak. The commercialisation process is also managed by Nuvalu.
The office block is going to be the first green project in the Żoliborz district. It will offer 8.520 sq m of space to rent. It was designed in accordance with the BREEAM system requirements. The building is going to consist of four storeys above ground and an underground parking lot with over 130 parking places, as well as special covered bicycle parking. The building will also house shops, bank offices, a restaurant, preschool and fitness centre.
We are glad to commercialise the first green office project in the Żoliborz. We expect the demand for this kind of office space in the district to grow. Żoliborz is an attractive residential district, but also a perfect location for the companies which appreciate quiet atmosphere and greenery. The first tenants will move in Garden Plaza in Q2 2014.
