In three weeks the Conference Facility Management & Property Management will be held. The conference will be the perfect opportunity to meet people responsible for real estate management. The invitation is directed mainly at owners of various types of buildings, property managers, facility managers, office managers, commercial real estates managers, investments funds representatives, project managers, administrative directors, technical directors, investors.
The conference is divided into two separate modules. The first will concern fire safety of a real estate. Speakers will be discussing the issue of manager's responsibility and rights in the question of fire safety, financial and legal as well as technical aspects of keeping machines in technical order and fire safety installations. Moreover, they will present non-standard fire safety solutions.
The second module will be presented under the banner of “Green certification as the method to reduce costs of building's maintain and improvement of fire safety.” Four issues related to this subject will be discussed: the idea of “green certification”, energy efficiency in account of certification, users and environmental safety and “Green certification”- is it worth it?
Speakers will be Brigadier, EnD Andrzej Marciniak, an academic teacher in The Main School of Fire Service in Warsaw, Entity Manager and Tomasz Sienkiewicz, the Facility & Property Management expert, licensed real estate manager.
The participation fee is 350 PLN. Each participant will receive a certificate of conference participation and all the necessary handouts. Coffee breaks and lunch are included in the program.
