Terms of participation:
- the confirmation of registration as well as the pro forma invoice will be sent to a participant within 2 working days from the date of registration
- the precondition of the participation is paying a fee by transferring money to the bank account whose datails are included in the pro forma invoice
- the VAT invoice will be sent to a participant within 7 working days
- the precondition of the participation is filling a registration form and sending it to an organiser
- filing the registration form is binding
- the persons that will not take part in the conference without having cancelled their registration will be charged the full amount of money
- no payment is not identical with the resignation
- cancelling the registration is possible until 15th of May 2014 (by mail, or e-mail biuro@konferencjafm.pl). After this time, the full costs of participation will be charged.
