Echo Investment runs on the market of office, housing, hotel, commercial and entertainment properties. The coo-partnership deals also with transactions connected with developing processes on the land properties.
Echo Investment executed first projects in the middle of 1990s. It comprises of housing and apartments investments. Buildings such as Melody House and Flower House were built at that time.
Next step of the company was office and hotel executions, however in 1999 a programme of building several shopping malls started. Company started execution of Polish Olympic Committee in 2002. Commercial and Entertainment Centre Galaxy was opened next year in Szczecin. Another investments were i.a. Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław and apartment complex Mondrian House in Warsaw.
Company has been running in Hungary since 2006, and in Romania since 2007. Following years are dedicated to office investments: Development Park (Polish: Park Postępu) in Warsaw as well as Malta Office in Poznań started in 2008. Echo Investment entered on a Ukrainian market in 2009. They opened two new offices a year later: Oxygen in Szczecin and Avatar in Krakow.
Hundredth project of the coo-partnership was commissioned in 2012 - Aquarius Business House. Complex offers over 22 000sqm of modern A-class office space . It has been equipped in the latest technological solutions. There are 412 parking spaces on three car parkings. Office is located in the city's centre of Wrocław, at the crossroads of Swobodna Street and Borowska Street.
