FotoHUB is an initiative which aim is to show a city full of life. Location of the office and its height ensures a perfect view on Łódz which we want to share. Due to this, we aim our action at journalists and photojournalists whom we provide a possibility of taking photos in a convenient time - says Marta Kruk, a representative of investor in Media HUB office.
FotoHUB has views on three sides of the world - busy street, main communication arteries in Łódz, parks and industrial architecture. Viewing point has been opened at the top of 10-storey MediaHUB office. Inspiration to create such a place was an amazing view on Łódz from the roof of this building.
MediaHUB is located at Łąkowa 29 Street. It offers 4 000sqm of A-class office space and it is designed specially for IT companies. Companies from the sector of new technologies such as TOYA, leader on the telecommunication market, can be found in a close vicinity. It's also a main investor of the project.
Office was created with the application of modern solutions and technologies. It offers unlimited redevelopment from the IT base. It lets also leaseholders on using of dedicated gigabyte port on the basis of access to fibre-optic with free Internet with a throughput of 80/4 Mbps and possibility of extending the band to 10 Gbps. The floor in the building has been raised, letting on montage of local structural web. Ceilings were adjusted to special building's expectations -hardened, enabling for creating a server farm or archive. MediaHUb provides also BMS system which managed the building.
