Green Horizon office executed by Skanska company, is emerging in the centre of Łódz, at Al. Gen. Palki. In a close neighbourhood Łódz University's Law Faculty and Rondo Solidarności (roundabout Solidarności) are located. Office will offer about 31 000sqm of office space on 7 tiers and two level underground car parking with 394 parking places.
Infosys is a significant leaseholder in a building and will lease 12 000sqm. Target lease is planned to be 16 500sqm says Michał Bielawski, Financial Controller Infosys BPO Europe.
The building is planned to be ready-made on 12th December 2012.
Green Horizon has already received precertification LEED on a Gold level, and they have also applied for certification of European Commission GreenBuilding. It means, that they will use up 25% of energy than it is predicted by domestic standards.
There will be cycle parking, club house and showers in the building. Intelligent building management system (BMS) was also applied. System of tiers enables to arrange freely interiors. Commercial part in the space of open patio, restaurant and fast lifts can be also found in the building.
Infosus BPO offers outsourcing services within financial and accounting services, data management, IT services and logistic process service.
Skanska deals with building and developing services. Its headquarters is in Stockholm, and they provide its services on markets in Europe, USA and Latin America.
