Work of FAMA (Advertsing Agency) got a title of Pro Visualization of the Week by CG Architect - one of the most reputed 3D portal about architectonic themes in the world. Visualization describes a building at Konstruktorska 10 in Warsaw.
Work was done in an unique rainy style. The building of Park Development (Park Rozwoju) is presented without the sun and azure sky which changes its face. Internet users also appreciated this visualization - within the week it gained 4 000 hits and over 20 positive comments. Graphic presentation of Development Park was created in almost a month.
Echo Investment S.A. is the owner of this investment. The company cooperated with Advertising Agency Fama from 2009, during projects such as Malta Office in Poznań or Development Park in Warsaw. Fama was established in 1998 by Mariusz Filip. They create i.a. projects visualization, animations, printing industries and WWW pages.
Building of Development Park will be finalized in 2014. Complex will offer 32 000sqm of modern office space in two buildings with two-level underground car parking and above ground parking. Project was designed by JEMS Architekci including rules of sustainable building. In the project phase Development Park got a BREEAM certification with a "Very Good" Degree. In the area of complex recreational zones such as yards with comfortable benches, outdoor gym and patios on the roof will be built.
