Green Day's construction is planned for completion in first quarter 2014. Like all investments of Skanska Property Poland, the buiilding being built at the junction of Wyszyńskiego and Szczytnicka St. is going to be realized in accordance with sustainable construction. Green Day has already recieved a precertification in environmental system LEED on Gold level.

A proof of Wrocław's capabilities is the commercial success of the Green Towers complex realized by us, which was rented out in 95% even before its construction has been completed - said Waldemar Olbryk, president of Skanska Property Poland, during the ceremony of laying the foundation stone under the construction of Green Day.
Wrocław's office building Green Day is going to increase the local office property portfolio with an area of nearly 16 000 m2. Planned in the building are: effective air conditioning system, adiabatic air humidification through water mist, use of cold outside air to cool the building and hot air from offices to heat the garage, energy efficient illumination system and a modern building management system BMS.
The building had been designed by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa Ltd., and it's general contractor is going to be Skanska S.A.
