In spring 2014 Rzeszów is going to note an increase of office area thanks to Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego Napędów Lotniczych, which will be built by Skanska.
- The range of commissioned works contains the construction of a three floor office building together with necessary infrastructure and land development - informs Tomasz Dziechciarz, Project Manager, Skanska - We going to build a parking lot with 16 parking slots for cars, sidewalks around the building and we're going to reconstruct existing roads. We'll move and develop water, sewage, electricity and telecommunication networks and we'll perform works related to small architecture - adds Skanska's Tomasz Dziechciarz.
The building with the area reaching 3 000 m2 will be the first office building in Podkarpacie to possess a LEED ecological certificate.
- We're going to introduce a waste management plan on the construction site, which predicts transferring of over 80% of waste from construction for recycling. instead of asphalt we'll be using light concrete or sett with a high sunlight reflection ratio. The materials used in the construction will come from recycling, while timber and wood-derived materials are going to have a special FSC certificate - lists Tomasz Dziechciarz from Skanska
In this green building's lobby there will be, among others: manager's offices, conference halls, buffet, social room, server room, technical rooms and guest offices. Two higher floors are designed as "open office". Rzeszów's office building is also adjust to the needs of the disabled.
