The finished buildings are the second stage of Poleczki Business Park. The first stage, commissioned in March 2010, offers 45 000 sq. m. The second stage provides more than 21 000 sq. m. The buildings have been constructed with the implementation of technologies required by the LEED certification.
Tetra Pak, Astellas Pharma or PKE Polska can be found among the tenants of the rental spaces in buildings B1 and C1. The companies will move in in August. The last agreement has been signed with ILF Consulting Engineers, which will rent 4 200 sq. m and will move in in March 2013.
Poleczki Business Park is serviced by two joint agencies: Jones Lang LaSalle and Kancelaria Brochocki.
