On the 9th of March ERBUD SA signed a contract with Capital Group Park who is the investor and became a general contractor for Eurocentrum Office Complex. Cashman &Wakefield are in charge of commercialization of the building.
The building is a candidate to receive a CS LEED certificate. If it succeeds, it will be the highest office building of this kind on Warsaw. A single floor is to be exceptionally large as for this city – 4822 sq. meters.
Eurocentrum Office Complex will be built by Al. Jerozolimskie near Plac Zawiszy and Warszawa Zachodnia Train Station. This 15 storey building will provide 65 800 sq. meters of which 63 600 sq. meters are to be offices and 2 200 sq. m – shops and restaurants. There will also be an underground car park capable of accommodating 612 cars. 162 parking spaces are to be around the building, and the same number of spaces will be prepared for cyclists along with changing rooms and showers.
Office spaces in Eurocentrum are meant for companies who care about the comfort of their employees. The building will have 1500 sq. meters of atria with real plants in it, a great amount of sunlight and extraordinary fresh air exchange. – said Sylwia Filewicz, Head of Development and Construction in Capital Park Group.
Future tenants will be able to minimize their expenses on rent thanks to many eco solutions used in this building. Among them there are things like rainwater which is used to flush all the toilets in the building, 59% of drinking water saving and 25% of electricity saving for all the systems of the building. - adds Sylwia Filewicz.
