The site where the property is located, belongs to the Warsaw Plaza Holding Co. Ltd. The area in which the investment will take place, has 15 320 sq m. Currently analysis of the design and place condition is carried out. New investment will provide retail, services and office space, underground parking and additional, complete new building with its own parking places (B building).
