Ogrodowa Office has already reached its maximum height of 6 floors. On this occasion, Unibep SA from Bielsko Podlaskie has organized a topping-out ceremony on the plot. The guests were investor’s (Warimpex) representatives, local authorities and business partners.
The topping-out ceremony is always an important moment for all construction employees. It is also a crowning achievement for many people: employees, cooperating companies, architects, investors and local authorities. I am very satisfied with the works at the construction site, especially that it is going to be a very attractive office of the highest class (A), which is to meet the standards of high quality and ecology – says Leszek Gołąbiecki, Chairman of the Board of Unibep SA.
Ogrodowa Office is to offer 28 600 sq. m of leasable space, including 3900 sq. m of commercial and service space on the ground floor of the building. The reinforced concrete construction of the office comprises of 7 aboveground tiers and 2 underground tiers, on which there will be placed a car park for 326 cars and stations for charging electric cars.
An important element of the project is a public areaway, which is to become a connector between Manufaktura, Plac Wolności and Park Staromiejski in the future. Thereby, Ogrodowa Office will restore a development to this part of the city which is to be coherent with the historical urban structure and the neighborhood will be pulsating with life again.

Works on execution of the office at the crossroads of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia Streets started at the end of 2016. According to the investor’s plans, the opening of the office is scheduled for spring 2018. We have practically completed all reinforced concrete works in Ogrodowa Office. Now it is time for elevation works, closure of the building as well as installation and masonry works inside the investment. We have a lot of work to do but we are already satisfied with the effects as we are executing an attractive and functional building – says Bogdan Kuzak, Contract Manager, Unibep SA.
