Geo-Poland is to locate its head office in Poznan investment executed by Jakon. The transaction pertains to ca. 500 sq. m of office space located on three tiers. The pre-lease contract has already been signed and the office will be ready for delivery by the end of the year. The value has not been revealed.

Geo-Poland is a Polish family-owned production company. Its main product is milk powder for babies which is exported all over the over. The company has over 25 years of experience in the milk industry and delivers milk for babies to millions of consumers in over 20 countries. The foregoing head office is also situated in Poznan whereas the city of production is Kutno.
The building chosen by Geo-Poland is Cytadela Centrum. It is situated at Ku Cytadeli Street in Poznan. The investment comprises three parts: residential, service and office. It has 72 apartments, service point on the ground floor and office building. A garage hall is performed above the building. The office investment comprises 5 tiers of the size amounting to ca. 850 sq. m. There are still available office spaces for sale.
