Prologis rents nearly 900 sq. m in the Warsaw office – Lumen – in Złote Tarasy (Golden Terraces). The company was advised by Colliers International during renegotiation of lease contract. This extension turned out to be a good occasion to change the office design. The project will be prepared by Workplace Innovation Department of Colliers International. It will be a modern interior adjusted to the needs of employees and designed in accordance with the human centered design approach. The completion of design works is planned on October this year. Prologis has moved to a temporary office on the area of Lumen during the renovation.
We have decided to renew our lease contract in Lumen due to location of the building and accessibility to a lot of parking spaces.
