The Warsaw head office of the largest Polish developer – Echo Investment – and EPP, which is an investment company recorded on two stock exchanges and manager of commercial properties in Poland, will be located in the Q22 office building.
Our new Warsaw office is an effect of dynamic development of Echo Investment. At present, we have more than 60 projects of the total space amounting to 800 000 sq. m under construction, nearly 400 000 sq. m of which are located in Warsaw. We feel welcome in Q22 as it was our company which have executed, rented and successfully sold this design. What is more, we are conducting very intense works related to extension of office space and modernization of interiors in the company's head office in Kielce – says Nicklas Lindberg, Chairman of the Board of Echo Investment.
The new Warsaw head office in Q22 will provide opportunities for dynamic sustainable development – adds Hadley Dean, Head of EPP. – We have purchased eight operating properties since September 2016, that is since the debut on the stock exchanges: JSE and LuxSE. Thus we have increased our portfolio to 24 perfectly operating commercial projects – it is natural that we are also extending our team which needs well-planned and effective space that could meet the highest finishing standards. Interior design of our new head office was executed by the Medusa architectural studio which has managed to create a modern, friendly and inspiring space for creative work. What is more, chill-out zone and large common kitchen for exchanging ideas and establishing new friendships were not excluded in the design process. An important element of interior design is also the furniture designed by well-known Polish designers: Oskar Zięta, Roman Modzelewski and Tomek Rygalik.
Q22 was built by Echo Investment and it was commissioned last year. This investment is owned by the Invesco Real Estate Fund, whereas EPP is a manager of this building. Q22 is situated at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. The office offers 53 000 sq. m of office space. Its modern solid was designed by the architects of Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. Q22 has obtained a prestigious award – Prime Property Prize 2016 – in two categories: Architecture and Investment of the Year as well as the title: Best Office Project granted in the EuropaProperty Awards competition.
