The REIT Poland Association and powermeetings.eu are the organizers of the 2nd conference on SRWN / REIT – a new model of investment in properties & new investment opportunities in Poland. It is another important initiative aimed at popularization of the SRWN funds among the most important representatives of the commercial and the residential real estate market. Considering all works on the Act on Real Estate Leasing Companies conducted by the Ministry of Development, this event perfectly fits the scope of works and it can therefore contribute significantly to the popularization of the SRWN idea (REIT structures).
The REIT structures (SRWN) have proven to be successful on many international markets, however, they will constitute an innovative investment tool on the Polish market. The introduction of REIT products opens up new opportunities of investing dispersed capital, and, what is important, the Polish capital, in properties of the best quality.
