Q22 is a kind of building which offers not only office areas to its clients but also many other services, the scope of which will be soon extended since new companies joined the group of foregoing tenants. There will be a new laundry room under the brand Eko-Top in the building. Moreover, Best Flights – a company which offers a complex service of business and touristic trips for both institutional and individual clients – will also join the group of new tenants. The last company which decided to rent space in Q22 is a notarial office which delivers its services not only to tenants but also to external clients.

The level of lease in Q22 is coming to 80 per cent. The list of tenants includes e.g. Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, Boston Scientific, William Demant, Citi Handlowy and Puro Hotels.
Q22 is a 155-meter-high office building situated in the city center of Warsaw at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. The structure offers more than 50 000 sq. m of office space for rent. The fourteenth floor of the building is intended for special purposes such as conference hall and fitness club, whereas the restaurant part is located on the first floor. All users of Q22 can benefit from 348 parking places of the 5-tier underground garage. Q22 was awarded the ecological certificate BREEAM Interim Excellent, which is one of the highest results in this category in Poland (nearly 80 per cent). Both investor and developer of the building is Echo Investment.
