The new office investment in Wrocław will be realized at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street next to West Gate, which was completed in 2015. West Link is to deliver more than 14 000 sq. m to the market in Wrocław. The structure will also have a car park for 266 parking places. The completion of the investment is planned at the turn of 2017 and 2018.
The decision about realization of West Link was made due to e.g. very fast commercialization of the adjacent building – West Gate, which was totally rented before its commissioning. Such companies as Nokia, Deichmann, Enel-Med, Aviva and Expander have already located their registered offices in West Gate. Both appreciation and interest of tenants is a clear sign for us that Wrocław still needs modern and functional office areas in perfect locations – says Katarzyna Kubicka, Senior Leasing Manager of Office and Hotel Department, Echo Investment.
