Gide Loyrette Nouel signed a long-term lease agreement concerning office space in Metropolitan. The legal office will relocate to a new area located on two floors of the building.
We managed to efficiently finalize the lease contract in Metropolitan, whose owner will conduct the total modernization of technical systems providing us with high comfort of work. Additionally, we will relocate to the best area in the building without the necessity of resigning with a prestigious location in the very heart of the city center in Warsaw. I am sure that not only our employees but also clients will appreciate it – comments Jerzy Rajkow-Krzywicki, Director of Administration and Projects, Gide Loyrette Nouel.
The tenant was represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland during the process of searching for office space in Warsaw. The relocation within Metropolitan is also clear evidence that the existing buildings still have much to offer without forcing tenants to making compromises – says Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Director of Office Areas Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
