The new general contractor of Retro Office House is Budimex. The structure will be situated at the crossroads of Piłsudskiego and Komandorska Streets. The building will start this year and the completion date is planned on the second quarter of 2018.
Budimex will not only be a general contractor of Retro Office House but also its tenant. According to the current report no. 51/2016, the subject matter of the lease contract is handing over of the leased area amounting to around 7343 sq. m by the investor to Budimex SA for the period of 7 years from delivery of the leased property extended by the add-on factor, that is the total space amounting to around 7343 sq. m, which constitutes around 30 per cent of the total envisaged leased area of the building realized within the investment.
Retro Office Park is an office and service building, which will offer 20 700 sq. m of leased space. It will be composed of 1 underground and 6 aboveground tiers. The commercial and service space will be located on the ground floor of the building and it will include e.g. restaurants, fitness or clinic. Moreover, the structure will have an underground garage with 155 parking places and internal patio.
The office is being realized in close neighborhood of shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and Capitol theater. The building was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. The investor of Retro Office House is LC Corp.
LC Corp SA controls the group of special purpose developer companies which realize commercial and residential investments in the biggest cities of Poland. The major shareholder of the company is Dr Leszek Czarnecki, who also controls i.a. the financial group GETIN Holding SA. The company has such commercial investments in its portfolio as Sky Tower in Wrocław, Arkady Wrocławskie, Wola Center in Warsaw, or Silesia Star in Katowice at Roździeńskiego Street.
