ALLCON@park – a business complex located in Gdańsk – was extended by two office structures with the total usable area amounting to 5000 sq. m. Thus, the only tenant of the park, that is Intel, gained some space for 420 additional work posts.
The department of the company in Gdańsk is the second largest research and development center in Europe. There is one of the most modern and technologically advanced laboratories of the park with the size of nearly 400 sq. m as well as anechoic chamber in the new buildings – IGK4 and IGK5. The structures' rooms were adjusted to research and analyses conducted within research projects with the statue of a high range in Intel. We met really demanding technical conditions whose standard is not different from global trends – says Rafał Stefaniak, Allcon Investment, the owner of ALLCON@park. The structures were equipped with certified systems of ventilation, air-conditions, humidification, structural wiring and advanced power systems with their own transformer station.
The first building of the ALLCON@park complex was founded in 1998. At present, there are 5 buildings owned by the complex at Słowackiego 175. The office park offers nearly 900 parking places on external car parks, sport fields and outdoor fitness equipment as well as many facilitations for bicyclists (closed shelters, showers and changing-rooms in the buildings).
