The theme of the arrangement project in the office with the size of ca. 580 sq. m is a hummingbird present in the company's logotype. While designing the interior of the headquarters owned by Edgewell Personal Care, except for aesthetical aspects, functionality was a crucial element. It consisted in adjustment of the office to the character of work and way of using. The design process was conducted gradually. The effect is the resultant of client's needs, architect’s vision and corporation branding requirements – says Anna Tokarz, designer in CBRE. The choice of the proper equipment was exceeded by visits in showrooms as well as searching for solutions based on the newest trends.
The visual identification system realized by Grupa Advertis included reception zone with a backlighted logotype, signage of conference halls, next-to-door plates made from sateen plexi as well as photograph wallpapers covering walls and windowpanes. It was important to create visually individual zones and maintain composition consequence – emphasized Aldona Strup, Grupa Advertis.
Domaniewska 45 was built by ASD Real Estate as the main headquarters of Polska Press Group which occupies ca. 2500 sq. m in it. Jointly, the structure offers 9852 sq. m. Moreover, „Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski” baker's and cafe was opened in September 2014 on the ground floor of the building.
