COTEX Office Center will be a new headquarters of a call center. As a target, this unit will employ ca. 250 telephone consultants who service i.a. one of the telephone network's operator and ca. 15 people from the managing staff. The call center will start its activity soon and the recruitment process is going to be conducted in the nearest time.
This new investment in Płock is an effect of activities taken by the government which actively participated in the process of negotiations with APS concerning location of a new call center. I pointed out many times that the role of the local government is not to build factories. The City Hall cannot be a competitor for a private business. The role of the local government is to create proper atmosphere in order all entrepreneurs could invest in the city. Thus, it indicates new workplaces and higher living comfort – emphasizes President of Płock Andrzej Nowakowski.
APS is a company with a service profile which delivers outsourcing services. At present, the company is specialized in service of processes from the area of telephone customer service, back office, packing, coproducing and warehouse services.
COTEX Office Center offers modern office as well as commercial and service areas with the total usable area amounting to almost 10 320 sq. m. The office is situated at the crossroads of Józef Piłsudski and Graniczna Streets, which are the main artery of the city of Płock. The structure has 5 tiers, 3 staircases and 5 elevators. The building is also equipped with many facilitations such as access control system, round-the-clock security, monitoring, reception and two independent car parks with over 250 parking places.
