Domaniewska Office Hub – a structure which is located in the Warsaw Mokotów district – was commissioned in accordance with the schedule prepared by the developer. The structure has already received a use permit. Moreover, Poczta Polska will soon start its business activity in the complex. The general contractor of the investment is Unibep SA.
We are handing over Domaniewska Office Hub to the tenants in accordance with the schedule. Poczta Polska will soon move into this modern office complex and it will occupy – including a part of its partnerships – almost 70 per cent of total area – says Mateusz Matejewski, Vice-Chairman of the Board in PHN SA.
There are 27 000 sq. m of office and service area intended for lease in two buildings of Domaniewska Office Hub. Each of the buildings has its own entrance and spacious reception. The moving away of the solids from the street allowed to separate a representative and entrance public square. The tenants may benefit from over 430 parking places situated in a two-level underground garage as well as around the complex. Domaniewska Office Hub received the BREEAM Design Stage certificate for a project stage with an Excellent grade.
Domaniewska Office Hub is located in the neighborhood of Domaniewska and Wołoska Streets which guarantees a good connection with the most important communication hubs of the city and easy access to public transport. The neighborhood of Galeria Mokotów provides the tenants with a perfect commercial hinterland.
