According to “Rzeczpospolita” province governor of Mazowsze restored the building permit for Liebeskinda office building for the developer. Governor’s decision is final, which means that no administrative hindrances should not impede the realisation of the modern office building located in Warsaw. Orco Property Group, a French company, has announced that the construction of the skyscraper will begin before the inauguration of Euro 2012.
The complication regarding the building permit of Żagiel begun after seven neighbours of the building under construction prosecuted the administrative decision. Residents of the nearby apartment block indicated that, among others, the number of parking places is larger than the one declared by the developer as well as the lack of documentation.
The case lasted for few months. When Voivodeship Administrative Court withdrew the permit, the case was passed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland, which subsequently passed it to the province governor.
