The topping out ceremony on the Supersam office and commercial building was held on 20th May 2015. The representatives of the local authority in Katowice as well as investor of the Supersam project, Griffin Real Estate and general contractor – Hochtief Poland participated in the event on the area of a structure which is currently being realized in Katowice.
The list of participants of the event included: Marcin Krupa – Pesident of Katowice, Przemysław Krych – Chairman of Griffin Real Estate, Michał Świerczyński – Venture Partner & Head of Retail Griffin Real Estate, Maciej Dyjas – Co-Managing Partner of Griffin Real Estate, Tomasz Konior – Main Designer of Konior Studio and Wojciech Łukaszek – Vice-Chairman of the Board of Hochtief Poland.
Supersam is going to combine historical elements and tradition of the city with modernity. The project will offer 23 000 sq. m of commercial and service space. The Pure Jatomi fitness center and 5000 sq. m of office area will be located on the higher floors. The highest tiers will be intended for a car park with ca. 4000 parking places. The investment is being realized in the midtown of Katowice at Piotra Skargi 6 Street next to PKS Bus Station at main hub. The opening of the structure is planned at the turn of September and October 2015.
