This year will most lovely be marked by large sales of plots in city centres. Stock exchange listed companies seeing not only a good business but also a chance for development will participate. This applies mainly to production companies, which in the next year anticipate few large transactions.
One of the companies planning to sell their land is Apator from Torun, a company engaged in production of measuring equipment. By selling their plot, the company wants to earn 30 M. PLN. gross, which would allow for buying 5 ha land to build a new facility in special economic zone located near Torun. In turn, Krakowska Armatura plans to sell their grounds in the city by 2011 in order to be able to move to SSE – informs “Parkiet”.
On the other hand, management board of Impexmetal looks for a partner who will help in building high-rise buildings, which would be erected on plots in the city centre of Warsaw. Approximately on third of the surface in high-rise buildings is intended for apartments and the rest is going to be adapted as offices and commercial premises.
