The preparatory works at the construction site of an office complex, which is being realized by Echo Investment in Łódź, have just started. At present, the construction facilities are being organized and the first appliances entered the construction site, including a crane. The project, which was initially called Aurus, was re-designed and soon it will be officially presented in a new view and under a new brand. The conception of an office complex was prepared by architects from B’ART Architecture, Urban Planning and Interior Studio.
The office will be realized at Piłsudskiego Avenue – the main artery of the city, which is often called the „Łódź W-Z route”. It connects the midtown with two other largest districts – Widzew and Retkinia, where many offices and other important and famous structures are located, i.a. Business Center, Silver Screen Entertainment Center, Novotel and IBIS hotels (realized by Echo Investment) or Łódź Gallery. One of the assets of the location of that investment is also close proximity to the Władysław Reymont airport.
