The position of Regional Director in Łódź was taken on by Marcin Włodarczyk, a specialist in the area of gaining and servicing investors from the sector of modern outsourcing services for business, developers, logistics and industry. Marcin Włodarczyk has been performing a function of director in the Investor Service Department in Łódź SSE for 7 years and he has been also managing the Investor Service Office in Office for the Capital City of Łódź since 2013. The office was engaged in supporting investors, post-investment promotion of Łódź and organizing industrial events.
According to present strategy, we opened other regional office at the beginning of 2015. This time in Łódź. The property market in this city is considered as very perspective. Therefore, we decided about the opening of our office here and starting cooperation with Marcin who has a wide knowledge about commercial properties in Łódź and its surroundings – says Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Managing Partner in Colliers International company in Poland.
