Firstly, we are going to focus on optimization of structure functioning and introduction of energy-saving solutions aimed at decrease in operating costs. I think that as a next stage we would like to receive an ecological certificate which will confirm the energetic effectiveness in the building. Other properties, the management of which was delivered to us by Adgar, are now in the process of certification – explains Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, senior manager of properties in Colliers International.
