According to Moody’s prices of commercial properties in America dropped, in comparison to February, by 4.2 per cent. Consequently, the existing depression was deepened. They are 47 per cent below the peak from October 2007 – informs “Home Broker Daily”. The reason for this weakness is chiefly the sale of real properties that were taken over from debtors who did not regulate their obligations.
According to DTZ Group, this year’s activity of investors on the European market will be higher than in the USA. It is expected to increase up to 164 bn, meaning an increase by 20 per cent.
