The building performing commercial-service functions will be the seventh structure which is owned by the Prague Koneser Center complex. It is being built in the quarter of Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka and Nieporęcka Streets in the area of Warsaw Vodka Factory. The project combines residential, commercial, office and cultural functions. In May 2012, the first stage of the investment was finished, within which office guardhouse and management structures were remodelled and modernized.
Ultimately, within the complex will be build ca. 22 000 sq. m of offices, 28 000 sq. m of shop floors and 300 apartments. The worth of the investment is estimated at 450 million zlotys. The opening of a commercial part is planned on the first quarter of 2017. One of the tenants will be Polish Vodka Museum.
The investor of Prague Koneser Center is an European property developer – Liebrecht & wooD. Its contribution to the investment will total jointly ca. 55 million zlotys, whereas BBI Development guarantees land and ca. 21,8 million zlotys. The project is financed in 70 per cent from a bank credit. L&W has a possibility of purchasing the investment after its completion.
