Promising investment of property developer group Unibep. Agreement for eternal usage of real estate by the Grzybowska 81 street in Warsaw was signed at the end of February this year, however, investment should be finished till the end of the September 2012.
It will be modern "A" class building with the total amount of space 10 thousand of sq. meters (including about 8700 sq.meters for offices). From the ten storys, three will be undergound (mainly the parking for about 130 places). In he neighbourhood there is a subway line and may other bus and tram lines, what will make communication for the new employees better.
