Credit agreement between the company Echo Investment and BNP Paribas Bank Polska amounts to 29 million euro of investment credit and 5 million zloty VAT. The received funds will be used for the implementation of two stages of the office complex A4 Business Park in Katowice.
We are pleased that BNP Paribas Bank Polska joined the group of partners financing our investment projects, and the received parameters of the credit indicate continuous improvement on the money market in Poland. We hope that A4 Business Park is the first step towards a successful cooperation between our capital groups and we hope to get further loans for our commercial investments, said Grzegorz Iwański, the Director of Financing Department of Echo Investment.
A4 Business Park will consist of three buildings. The first one was completed in the first quarter of 2014. It offers 9 000 sq. m on seven floors and in its entirety it is rented by the IT concern IBM. Currently, the second stage of the investment is implemented. Within its frames, a 10-storey office block will be built, offering ca. 9 000 sq. m and a multi-storey car park, offering 560 parking places. This stage is to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2014.
The contractor of the core and shell is the company Remax Construct. The investment is being built on Francuska Street, in the vicinity of the exit from A4 motorway. The architectural design of the complex was developed by the studio DDJM from Kraków. In March 2014 A4 Business Park was issued the BREEAM Interim certificate with the assessment Very Good.
