The complex situated at the intersection of Smorawinski St and Chodzki St is going to consist of two residential and a one office building. The two dormitories have already been erected, the next building is under construction. The erection works of the office building are planned to begin in 2011.
According to the assumed schedule, the building office is going to be completed by the end of the next year. In September we want to begin erection works – says Wojciech Dziba, the president of TBV. We are already conducting negotiations with tenants – he adds. The building will house offices and service outlets. The author of the design is GPA, an architectural studio from Lublin.
Preparation to construction of Osiedle Premium has begun in the immediate vicinity of TBV Office Center. GPA also designed the housing estate, the housing estate is going to consist of six buildings at Smorawinski Ave. First tenants will move in at the end of the next year. This is going to be TBV’s second residential investment after Metropolitan Park, an apartment building.
