The complex, being built by the Echo Investment company on Konstruktorska 10 Street, is made in two stages. The construction of the first building, which has just been issued the occupancy permit, began in autumn 2012. Schneider Electric Polska rented 7000 sq. m of space there. About 700 people will work in the new headquarters of the company.
The first stage of the complex is rented in about 70 per cent. The second stage is to be completed in the second quarter of 2015.
Park Rozwoju will offer a total of 32 000 sq. m in two buildings. In the connector between them there will be a restaurant. The project also included a two-storey underground car park and car park above ground, which offer a total of 740 parking places. Leisure zones were not forgotten, either: in the complex, there will be a courtyard with a water cascade and a canteen, inner squares with comfortable banks, green terraces on the roofs and an outdoor gym. There are also a garage with bike racks and cloakrooms with showers for the cyclists.
The complex is being built in the southern part of Mokotów. The studio JEMS Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of Park Rozwoju.
