From 11 to 15 March Warsaw will participate in the MIPIM 2014 fair in Cannes. The following developer companies will go to the fair as the partners of the capital city: BBI Development NFI, HB Reavis, Ghelamco, Black Lion, Kulczyk Silverstein, Marvipol and Echo Investment.
At the fair in Cannes, the capital city wants to put the plots of land in Śródmieście, Bielany and Praga up for sale. The President of the City claims, however, that it is not the sole aim of Warsaw’s presence at the MIPIM 2014. For us, the visit in Cannes is not only the opportunity to show our real estate offer available for sale, but most of all a tool to build and popularise the image of Warsaw as a modern, open city which is a good place to live and to work, informs Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz.
On its stall, Warsaw and its partners will show existing investments, which have already influenced the city skyline, as well as planned ones and the ones currently under construction. In this way, the city authorities want to advertise the investment potential of the capital city.
