Echo Investment has entered into agreement with Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA for execution of the shell works of Aquarius Business House, located in the city centre of Wroclaw. The agreement also includes implementation of a car park and land development. The contract has a total value of 19 m PLN (net).
