GIP STARTER, Gdansk-Oliwa – construction works are nearing the end. Ceiling panels of the suspended ceiling on the top floors, bathrooms are being tiled, plug and network sockets has been installed in the floor boxes. When it comes to the systems in the building – the general contractor is preparing to the first power supply tests.
The building is going to be commissioned on October the 1st. It offers 6 300 sq. m. of the ground level usable surface with a garage room with 100 parking places. Approximately 60 per cent of the surface will be intended for start-ups and firms operating for no longer than 3 years. They will have at their disposal a variety of amenities including lower fees during the first year of operation. The leasable area is arranged in spaces ranging from 25 to over 200 sq. m.
