At Żelazna Street in 2009, former shopping mall Feniks was demolished. On its place, a modern A class office with the same name will emerge. First plans aimed the execution of investment last year, but a protest of one inhabitant of neighbouring building occurred to be an obstacle. Developer, Europlan company, currently owns all required documents. As "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” quotes, the start of works is planned in August this year.
Office will be built of sharp metal blocks soften by rounding of elevation. Feniks will have 8 tiers. Total usable space will amount to 10 000sqm, where 9 000sqm will be designed as office, and 1 000sqm for retail space on the lowest storey to be leased.
Feniks building is supposed to be finalized in 2012. The costs of investment will amount to PLN 100 million.
