In the late autumn of 2013, a new seat of Polish Football Association (PZPN) will be created. Deals for construction of a new location in Wilanów have been signed. Architectural project was carried out by Konior Studio and Warbud SA will take care of the construction of the office building with an underground garage and additional infrastructure.
The office building will be located by the crossing of Sobieskiego St. and Wilanowska Ave. Its form will derive from a soccer stadium. The representational character of the building has been included, as the entering lobby will combine a landscape character with office spaces. A dynamic wall with vertical garden will surely draw some attention.
According to the plan, the interior will include a spacious hall with the reception, restaurant and a buffet, auditory hall with a foyer and additional facilities and exhibitions and relax areas which will be connected with public part. The flexibility in arrangement of office area has been catered for as multi-functional halls as well as employees area and VIP zone have all been included in the project. The board will take the highest level of the building.
The total space of the structure will be 11 128 sqm and the terrace on the last level will take 713 sqm. In overall there will be seven levels, three underground and four on the surface. A deadline for the finishing of the 'design and build' deal ends after 27 months from signing the deal, which has been signed on the 2nd of August. The costs haven't been described by any side of the deal.
